This took me a shit load of hours and only in 2 days. This took me 20 hours. My thumb hurts and it´s numb! I really injoyed drawing this. I actually never draw SciFi. But i wanted to have a try. It was Great. I´m certainly drawing some more of these pieces.
This is the dragon of time. He is able to travel through time and space. His apperience changes aswell. It can modify itself to fit in every periode of the earth´s history. His age is unknown.

I agree with everything y said. And if it were infact the case that this dragon had taken the form of a dragon at this point in time, I might even agree with your staatement about the legs. However, this dragon has clearly chosen the form of a dragonic centipede cyborg for this time period. My guess it that this best articulates exactly what time period our artist has chosen portray. an grungy almost forsaken futuristicwastland with all sorts of still working technology, but in a deserted land and possibly a time completely absent of people.

I like most things sci-fi (outside the actual "sy fy" network which is horrible), but this is actually good. Of course it takes more of a "fantasy" approach to sci-fi and seems to blend the two, but I certainly don't think it detracts from the pictures quality. Artistically this is great and wonderfully detailed. The only complaint I have is that every time I look at it my eyes go straight to the dragons tail and I see all the little legs. It certainly has a unique and sci-fi feel to it, but I can't help but think to myself, "Don't the legs defeat the purpose of having a tail? Isn't a tail that can't support itself on its own more or less dead weight?". I'm sorry, its my over analytical mind spoiling the fun. The pic definitely looks awesome.
