LOL. Dunno what to say. but I pretty like the way it came out! (after playing in about 2 days with the photoshop only on the water....SIGH)

Damn, now this is awesome. The fact that you did the water with photoshop is just wow...The shading is a little better, in my last review i said that it needed more shading, and when i meant that, i meant on, like everything. Also the dock looks like its tilting.
I'm trying my best and learning from the right comments, but it's pretty early to say there's any improvements in such a short time :)

the characters are very well done ^^
nice shading, lineart & coloring
but as for the water? it looks more like broken glass :S & plastic thrown under her legs
