I have no clue what her name was in the US version, maybe the same, I really don't know.

Nice character
This was a nice character, had some nice details and the color came in ok, allthough i thought the color could have come in with a brighte and more vibrant touch maybe using photoshop you could do that, but it was pretty decent, i would even think about adding some sort of backrounds or something in the distant, something to think about and these idea could improve on it with the small details, but anyways great job here.
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
So as suggested some backrounds like showing the "WORLD" this character is comming from, maybe some more "VIBRANT" colors would also be another good touch in making this better.

This picture was to show what I image those little pixel charakters from the game might look like. That's why she don't have any background, it was more about the design.
The color scheme is my personal preference I don't think vibrant colors would fit her.
