So, the background... It's way too bright, as is the same for the skin tone. The eyes look like you drew one up, then copied and pasted it to the other side of the face. It doesn't look like you even bothered to flip it over either. The small details of the neck and the chest bones are only visible when I tilt my computer screen back. Even with my screen brightness to its lowest setting, this image looks like a bright, white blob with eyes. I understand that you're trying a new style. Try different skin tones other than white. Lean towards a more orange-brown, or at the very least, a deeper pinkish-red. I can't tell if you used a really light tan or not. If you did, perhaps change the background color to a gentler accent color. Darks accent lights. As for the eyes, I understand that it's a new style, but you shouldn't copy and paste eyes. I saw your other one done in this style you did here, and her eyes were copied as well. You'll only hurt yourself as an artist if you copy and paste. It's alright to do that with sketches, but for the final product, do it freehand.
