Change is all about the person’s mentality. The way people see themselves is something they have created in their mind and is “real” to them because it’s their mindset. When something like “I am a failure.” Is put into their mind, that thought is now seen as fact by the mind and will take very long time, and a lot of effort to take out. When things happen like for example “ I failed my test”, people usually will take that event and label themselves and that becomes “I am a failure” or “ I am the type to never succeed”. When you take the lock off your mind and let those things go then you change.
