This this fan art does look better then your previous one. The coloring and toning all looks done nicely. The only thing I would suggest is to try adding more curves on certain parts of her body, such as her right armpit for instance. Her arm seems to be the main focus point our eyes will start off at, because it stands out from the blurred background, and is a simple figure that we'd be comfortable looking at the moment we look at the artwork. Her arm is pointed out straight towards where she is looking, and it looks too perfectly attached to her right shoulder, almost like a robots arm. You should try to make a clear curve starting in the joints between her underarm, to down towards her chest, so it looks more realistic.

Other then that, nice work. I really do like the coloring style you've used for this artwork.
