Stengths: The rendering of each material and understanding of lighting and how it affects different materials is great. The use of the lightning bolt as the main light source is brilliant, and because of it's lighting effect on the knights, makes your eye look over each one. The darker baron provides a nice contrast to the lighter knights. The environments on the side also draw your attention towards the knights and the baron. I like your unique interpretation of the knights.
Weaknesses: I dislike the orange knight's pose. It's very defensive, despite the rest of the knights being on the offensive, creating inconsistency. The baron looks screwed in terms of the actual fighting - it would be preferable to create a more evenly-matched scenario. I think the pose of the blue knight is good for the composition, but a little inaccurately foreshortened. I think there should be less folds on the cape of the red baron - the cape is already moving, but less folds means more movement (because of how folds work), which would go along with the dynamic composition.
But overall, these flaws are small in comparison to the strengths of the drawing. I love your art, keep it up!!
