I've been getting really inspired with this madness idea lately.

Its times like this I wish you were makin cartoons

Cause whenever I see the versatility in your artwork, from the dynamic visuals to the quirky humor, to the dark persona of noir...

Your as good of an artist as they come!

Visually dynamic! Stupendous!

I can see that Red will be the primary color of this dismal distopian society that you'll be creating.

Madness will now have a reason...a rhym...a legacy!

So that's his real face !

I guess he got tired of killing and killing and killing and killing and killing and killing
everyone somewhere in Nevada with each movie making less sense than the other !Even if he managed to get to the end of the movie he would still die for no reason !
I'm glad someone understands the nonsense of the series.Great job dude !

this looks kinda like Swain. I think we should do a live action version

I'm planning to make a Grindhouse style live action fake trailer for a Madness Movie as a final for this semester in school. We'll see how it turns out.

Love it

I like the way you remind me of Madness yet it is still your take on the series and contains originallity. Cool art man, I like your use of colours and the contrast you made with the red.

The most constructive critism that I can offer is that, while being sufficiant, the lettering"Hank is Mad" is too simple and not very Madness themed. Not a big issue though. Still rlly awesome :)

Looks really good...the sunlight streakes in the background look awesome (Dodge tool?). I like the black and white photo to help out details with the background, but if you drew that, I'm going to bust a nut. The shading on the sweater looks really well done; I'm liking the combination of cross-hatching with just solid dark gray, and the highlights on Hank's skin it appropriate. Well done all around!

But if hank has a line going across and down the middle of his face, that means if that line intersects the middle of his lip. Since he's sort of sneering, does that mean the middle of his hip would be off-center, therefore the line going down his lip would be slightly off-center as well before coming to the point that is near his chin?

Then again this has a great, distinct cartoon quality to it, and that kind of detail is really kinda unnecessary, I still want to debate with the artist on it. :P

Great job! 5'd

AlmightyHans responds:

i didnt draw the line on his face crooked to the lips cause i thought a cross distorte like that would look stupid.
