The painting is really polished and it does present the viewer the needed badassery.

Character study nr 1
All the four illustrations were painted from scratch in Photoshop Elements (yep, the only one I could afford, meaning, it comes for free with Wacom tablets xD) I've been experimenting with textures and light effects adding random elements to robes and armory untill it seemed right :D First I painted it in b&w and then I added colour overlay.
YES!, my favorite class!. I like this experiment keep them coming!.
Don't worry. I only use elements nine because it came with my Wacom Bamboo Create.

Hah I am now blessed with Ps Elements 11 that I got with Intuous! (honestly, can't see any difference, despite the fact that visually the interface seems uglier :P)
But the tablet itself does make a huge difference comparing to Bamboo (it was my first tablet I loved it but I think I painted it to the ground..), I strongly recommend it :)
