I'm trying to get into digital art - I've painted these very similar to how I would paint traditionally (with aquarell or oil), focusing on ideas, shapes, compositions, perspective and value instead of line, color or detail...

Wow this is some real amazing work I love the black and white style here and with that moon setting you could really beam some lighting effect off of it and onto the scene itself that's just a suggestion what you have here now is very impressive and very well done I'm impressed this is talent on the canvus right here so nice work indeed I hope to see more from you soon

A mysterious scene, this one. :) The black and white setting leaves the mood up to the viewer too, dark and eerie, or warm and cozy, or blue and mythological... feels like a far away place, somehow. Nice and atmospheric.

One sign of good composition is a clear sense of differing values in black and white. I really like it, it feels eerie even without the use of a green or purple palette.
I think you should definitely include this in the art portal, it isn't a simple sketch :)
