The far breast is awful. She is pulling back her arms even with mammas like that they would pull back with her. Breast follow the movement of the shoulder fat. At least when standing- The way you drew her far breast makes it look like her they are horribly loopsided or the other one is hanging so much lower that if she was standing normally one breast would stop by her stomach and the other one by her hips. Would look hilarious, but probably not what you intended. Nothing else to add, its a sketch and therefor not really critique worthy. It would be like nick picking a mathbook doodle, not a credit to your full artistic ability.
