This is a character I made for the VGEC who will act as the official mascot. As you can see he is a ghost. This is a Pac-man ghost that got hit with a Power Pellet with my own design added to him. He is shown in one of my first pictures ,"The Pac" as the ghost on the left (not the one being eaten whom has no name yet looks more like Dizzy). Dizzy was created to represent the confusion that I must undergoe every time I have to deal with submissions, but I love running the VGEC regardless. I may change him up in the future or keep him the same, but we'll have to see.

Concept
Good concept especially to go with the theme of the VGEC and how hectic it can get. Nicely done.
