Meh, I like how hair looks when water is poured on it, how it kinda blends together. Me and my friend used to call it mermaid hair.

**EDIT: Many tweaks. Seems to get worse the more I mess with it x[ Ah well.. I'll quit messing around. It's one of those things that you've stared at too long, you can't really take a fresh look at it.

Good

Excellent character with a simple design but with a wonderful detailed and fluidity that effect wears his hair is great.

really great

I really like it, the colors and textures are beautiful. The transition from the light blue to the background color is also very nice and well-defined. The one thing I don't like are the breasts. Maybe it's just me, but they seem a bit..."pointy" compared to her arm and facial structure, which is much softer. They just seem a little odd when used in the overall scope of the picture.
