It's a cool style, and the design is not bad! The hands could use a little more work/focus. For the flat side view, I'd maybe lose the cheek, or make it more subtle. that's the only things I can pick out. and though it's not really the 'design', but the top right pose, which I assume is stretching her shoulder, her shoulder needs to come forward more. Currently looks like there's no arm in her sleeve.
Oh yeah, and don't listen to Gobblemeister, any bigger and people will begin to question your intentions...
