to be honest if not blunt, in my opinion, things could've went a lot more........*is debating between "darker" or "better"* anyway, either or it doesn't really matter at this point, what does matter is that it's a great piece of artwork which came from a great artist. as for WHY things could've gone darker/better, well i can't really explain that even with the best of my ability because i don't really know HOW to explain that. maybe perhaps that there could be darker and more gritty aspects of pokemon that could be tapped into as inspiration, maybe you could've focused more on just one pokemon instead of exploiting three, seeing as that the trainer is in a sense being embraced by his pokemon. honestly i don't really know how or what else to explain seeing as that its 4:15 in the freaking morning and i'm so asleep to a point where i'm awake, but if you have any questions at all feel free to respond to this.

Though I may end up regretting this later, I figured I'd appeal to the Old Pokemon fans who have strayed away from the genre, either out of spite or simply because he or she out grew it.
In the future, depending on whether or not this is flammed to hell because of the Taboo surrounding Poke'mon or loved to death... may lead to more or less of these future drawings.
Moving on...
I have seen enough lame "trainers" pop up seemingly out of nowhere coming from Islands made up on the spot.. So I decided to add a dark twist to the series... a more disturbed look at the world of pokemon. This picture is of a trainer named "Engel" being embraced by his pokemon Gardevoir.
Now, please, if you hate furries or think Pokemon is childish in anyway, leave it at home. I'll simply ignore you if you just spew random hate messages, neither I or any other furry artist deserve such bollocks.
Anyway, excuse my short rant, enjoy, and let me know what you think..

this is a pretty great drawing and my main pokemon just happen to be blaziken and gardevoir, never had much luck with absol though...

Ehh yeah now that I think about it... brought out a valid point there..
But usually I think of the "Cheerful I want to be friends" trend to be more sterotypical...
But anyway, yes I do see your point and ty for pointing that out.
