We fell.

In past times, in the age when there was a God, we fell. Our society was perfect. There was no crime, injustice, prejudice. Food, work and wealth were plenty. We followed the teachings of God. We learned his kindness, his love, his tolerance and when we thought we were the best we could be, but God. God was wrathful. We came to worship him less and less to the point where he was our tutor. Our master and example, but not our God anymore. We were even better than angels, for we had the choice of falling to evil, and we chose not to. The high peak of his beloved creation. The human kind, in its best form. But then, unexpectedly, we fell. We fell because we realized we needed no God. We fell because God does not need humans to be the best they can be. He needs but worshipers.

Now you can swear, disrespect, make fun and even forget God's name. Humans say it's because he was vengeful in the old age. He still would be, if he was not imprisoned.

We are the reason God's absent. True sons of his teachings. Showing him how justice is the point of view of the strongest and vengeance is just another chapter of what we were taught by him. Humanity is rotten, and it will exist, for as long as we keep him in chains. But know if he ever leaves, he will see how creation turned out, and he can't sink the entire planet.

Apocalypse will be nothing more than the day those chains break.
