So, today, I woke up and decided I've been a lurker long enough and made this. It's just a quick character design and one of those things an artist (just me in this case I assume) sees when s/he closes his/her eyes. I named this one Joe Joe. =D
Suggestions to his design would be appreciated and please if you're going to make a suggestion be serious about it. This is still a character in development. And yes, I stylized him like that on purpose.
Oddly enough, I don't have any clue WHAT Joe Joe is species-wise. I just know it's a he and he's bio luminescent at points. Glee! I ought to come up with some sort of back story. Ohhh the joys of character development.
A Side Note: No...his dick is not bio luminescent. I'm just nipping that one in the bud.

this art is confusingly good?, i honestly dont know what to think of it. it's well done i can say that, the color scheme fits it perfectly but i still fail to see what it is meant to be. What i am seeing now is a human, but with a few alienistic feathers and an abnormally huge head. very original, but i like it. i give it an 8/10, and the name...... well fitted. :D
