THIS IS A RESIZE. Newgrounds wouldn't let me submit the original size, so I made a resized copy. My friend kept urging me to mak my own vocaloid character, so to shut her up I did. This is her. The sketch was made by hand, and then I linearted+colored in Paint Shop Pro X.
