When I first saw it, the color made me think it was TRON from the remade version of the movie.

I became temporarily bored of drawing landscapes, so I decided to try my hand at a character concept sort of thing.
I also thought it was Zero at first. Regardless, it's still pretty cool.
that's fairly cool, it remindes me of Zer0 from borderlands 2
